Introducing the New Tru-Street Series Transmissions

There’s no doubt that the hot rod hobby has a wide variety of builds and budgets out there. With everything from concours restorations to one-of-a–kind customs, the type of transmission you need for your build is no exception to this rule. Bowler Performance Transmissions is proud to announce the release of our new line of transmissions for the DIY and budget builders: the Tru-Street series.

Tru-Street Series

We’ve based the new Tru-Street series on the demands for a budget-friendly price point with a no-compromises build. This series is aimed at the builder using a stock or slightly modified engine, who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles that a highly modified transmission contains. The Tru-Street series is a fully re-manufactured transmission that has been completely worked over and built by one of our master technicians with top-quality components.

Tru-Street Series

This isn’t just another rebuilt transmission from the guy up the street. Each transmission has received all available updates and upgrades depending on the model, as well as all new OEM solenoids. It is then dyno tested and ready for you to install. You get all the Bowler Performance quality you’ve heard about at a competitive price. We’ve designed the Tru-Street series to be a more “a la carte” set up compared to our other performance packages, so with the Tru-Street series you purchase only the parts and components you need. You can start with just a transmission and torque converter, and simply add on the extras you want to create the perfect package for your project.
